Our Heart for Medical Mission Work

At Hesed Healthcare, we believe healthcare is a calling—and that calling goes far beyond the walls of our clinic. We are passionately committed to serving underserved and impoverished communities through medical missions year-round.

How We Serve Communities in Need

Throughout the year, we actively:

  • Purchase medications, medical supplies, and children’s essentials
  • Raise money to buy prescription medications for those in need
  • Organize and lead free pop-up clinics in areas with limited or no access to healthcare
  • Offer home visits for the elderly and homebound, walking into remote mountain communities to meet people exactly where they are

These visits are always completely free to patients. From medications and vitamins to infant care and wound supplies, we handle every detail to make care accessible—even for those without transportation or financial means.

Our greatest needs include children’s multivitamins, as many children we encounter are malnourished and nutrient-deficient.

How You Can Support the Mission

Our Board of Directors serves entirely as volunteers, taking zero salary, and our provider donates her time so that 100% of every gift goes directly to the vulnerable populations we serve. This means your support has a direct and immediate impact where it’s needed most.

Our provider and owner, Sarah Rousos, FNP-C, is deeply committed to caring for underserved and impoverished communities around the world. As a proud Child Sponsorship Ambassador for One More Child, Sarah advocates for sustainable, life-changing support for vulnerable children.
