Urgent Care Visits:

$75/Telehealth only $100/visit during business hours $140/visit evenings and weekends Visit includes one acute matter with the provider (labs, medications at cost) Only members have direct access to provider via text/email *Common Urgent Care matters we treat:

  • Flu, Strep, or Covid testing and treatment
  • UTI testing & Treatment
  • Rash/Allergic Reaction
  • Nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain
  • Pregnancy/STI testing

Sports/School Physicals for kids age 6-18

$50/physical Parent to supply all required forms No pediatric vaccines given on site
